The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘Violet Ore’ delivers an elevated take on the legacy silhouette. The Atlanta-based retailer dresses the mid-top in a muted purple nubuck upper, accented with tonal quarter panel netting and a decorative chrome rivet embedded in the lateral collar. Woven Flight tongue tags display mismatched Jumpman and A Ma Maniére branding, while molded black heel tabs feature a raised Nike Air logo. These are great shoes. My wife gets the ghost series, but using the Brooks website, I was able to determine that this is the best series for myself. My wife and I like to walk, after my knee replacement surgery, I need a good shoe to avoid ever having to go through that again. These are great.

Couple of years ago I purchased a pair of Skechers slip-ons and though I wore them everyday, they were dangerous. They would slip off, they provided no support, and countless times I came close to turning an ankle...still I wore them for several years. I decided enough was enough and I gambled on these slip ons, and LOVE THEM. They fit perfectly (size 13 narrow foot), they provide decent support and generous cushion. They are super comfortable and are very stable. I would not run in them, but they are great for all casual situations...even wore them to church when I was feeling really casual.

For 40 bucks I didn't think these would be much, but my first take is that they seem well made and are super comfortable. Don't know how they will hold up, but they say they are machine washable, which is a huge plus if they come out of the wash in good shape. Very good packaging, great price and fast delivery. I'm not able to tie laces anymore and slip on shoes are a new must for me so if you're in the same boat, I'd say give them a try.

As of this review I don't know how much these shoes cost so I have to rate based on construction and comfort alone. I like to incorporate cost when I can but can't this time. These shoes are extremely light weight and seem to be very well constructed. I don't know how they will hold up when worn while running, but for basic comfort they feel good. They have a bit of a lower ridge in the inside where the toes go and I'm not sure if I like that yet or not. It does give my toes something to sort of grip. The laces allow me to tighten them up since I have a narrow foot. I like the colors and they have a nice, sleek look about them. They don't feel good when worn without socks because of some scratchiness so if you like go sockless you might not like these shoes. But when worn with socks they are very comfortable. I received a size 9 for review and they seem true to size. These seem to be true to size.
